Collaborate with other executives to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
Monitor key commercial KPIs and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Optimize budgets for sales, marketing, and communication to maximize ROI.
Report on commercial performance to the executive board.
Utilize ClickUp to manage tasks, assign responsibilities, set production deadlines, track progress, optimize workflows.
