Develop, test, and maintain efficient, scalable applications in C# using the .NET framework.

Collaborate with other departments to transform needs into quality technical solutions.

Create clean, reusable, and maintainable C# code, following best practices and coding standards.

・ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure application reliability and performance.

・ Manage and optimise SQLite databases, designing schemas that improve data access.


Improve existing solutions by keeping abreast of new technologies and best practices.

・ Organise software with compliance with company standards and testing practices.

Expected
Responsabilities

・ Collecting and filtering all candidate applications, ensuring only the most qualified profiles are selected for review by the Executive Board.

・ Preparing detailed presentations of shortlisted candidates and presenting them during Executive Board meetings to align hiring decisions with the organization's strategic objectives.

・ Ensuring recruiters use appropriate sourcing techniques across platforms, including social networks, databases, and job boards, to attract top-tier candidates across all organizational levels.

・ Defining the use of technical, psychometric, and situational assessments to ensure candidates meet both skill and cultural compatibility requirements.

・ Establishing structured recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.

・ Leading negotiations on terms and conditions with successful candidates.
