CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) holds a pivotal leadership position within an organization, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring that business functions align with the company's strategic objectives. FORESEEN
RESPONSABILITIES
・ Develop and implement operational plans aligned with the organisation’s strategic vision.
・ Leading Executive Board meetings to review improvement from department heads.
・ Supervise and coordinate department heads to ensure goal alignment
・ Evaluate and refine internal processes to maximize efficiency and service quality
・ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze results to identify improvement opportunities.
・ Participate in budget planning and cost management.
