CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Responsabilities

・ Overseeing and coordinating the daily operational activities across all departments, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

・ Preparing and driving the Executive Board meetings where key performance metrics, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement are exposed by every head of each department.

・ Ensuring all departments implement best practices and utilize appropriate tools and resources as ClickUp in order to optimize workflow, from production to deployement.

・ Defining deadlines and assigning tasks to each head of department, ensuring clear accountability and alignment with the organization's operational priorities and timelines.

・ Developing long-term operational strategies in collaboration with the CEO and Executive Board to support the company's future growth and scalability.

・ Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large-scale operations across multiple departments.
 

・ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address operational challenges before they escalate.
 

・ Demonstrated ability to implement and refine processes that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.

・ Proficient in the use of operational tools and platforms such as ClickUp to optimize workflows from production to deployment.

・ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a focus on defining deadlines, assigning tasks, and ensuring accountability across teams.

・ Demonstrated experience in developing and executing long-term operational strategies, contributing to the company’s growth and scalability.
