ESPORT DIVISION MANAGER

The eSport Division Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of a competitive gaming team, overseeing both the operational and strategic aspects of the team’s performance. Responsible for talent management, they ensure that players are supported with the right resources, training schedules, and mental well-being initiatives. By coordinating with coaches, analysts, and sponsors, the manager aligns the team’s efforts with long-term competitive goals. Beyond managing day-to-day logistics, they focus on fostering team cohesion, optimizing performance in tournaments, and building a brand presence that contributes to both the team's reputation and the growth of the organization.

Expected
Responsabilities

Working with Tier I and C-Suite management levels to understand staffing needs and define the profiles required.

Creating attractive job descriptions and publishing them on various recruitment channels.

Use sourcing techniques, including social networks, databases and job boards, to find qualified candidates.

Examine CVs shortlist candidates according to defined criteria.

Conducting video and/or face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural compatibility.

Use technical, psychometric or situational tests to assess candidates skills.

・ Coordinating the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.


・ Prepares and presents job offers, and negotiates terms and conditions of employment with successful candidates.

・ Promote the company's image as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns and events.

・ Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations on recruitment, and manage the administrative aspects of the process.
