PRO PLAYER
A Pro Player, specializes in one or more competitive games and participates in high-level eSports tournaments and events. Pro Players often dedicate themselves full-time to their passion, training for several hours a day to hone their skills and strategies. Their goal is to win competitions, which can lead to substantial financial rewards, sponsorship deals, and recognition within the eSport community. This profession requires strong discipline, excellent stress management, and the ability to work effectively in a team in a highly competitive environment.
Expected
Responsabilities
・ Work closely with coaches and managers in your division to understand strategic needs and define performance objectives.
・ Creating and maintaining an attractive public image on social networks to raise the profile of the player and the team.
・ Analysing opponents past and current performances, based on replays and statistics.
・ Participate in online or face-to-face training and coaching sessions to perfect individual and team skills.
・ Use performance analysis tools, reaction tests or simulations to assess and improve mechanical and mental skills.
・ Taking part in regular scrims and training sessions with the team to improve synergy and refine game strategies.
・ Study the opposing teams and understand their tactics so you can adjust your own style of play and anticipate their moves.
・ Maintaining rigorous discipline in training routine and physical and mental recovery, in order to stay at the top of your game.
・ Respect the rules and regulations of official competitions, as well as the guidelines of sponsors and eSports organisations.
・ Use talent sourcing techniques to help recruit potential future teammates, through specialist platforms or community events.
